Apprentices have had a huge impact of CCL’s growth and success. Apprenticeships are a great way to ‘earn while you learn’ and many of our apprentices have gone on to occupy key roles within the business. As an apprentice with CCL, you will work alongside experienced members of staff to gain valuable on-the-job knowledge whilst working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
We appreciate the knowledge, innovation and enthusiasm that graduates are able to bring to the company. We work closely with graduates to allow them the opportunity to integrate the knowledge and skills they have learnt through their studies into the workplace.
Experienced professionals bring a wealth of knowledge and experience that enables us to drive the business forwards. They play a vital role to ensure the business is always at the forefront of our industry and we stay ahead of the competition.
We are committed to working with our local community and are pleased to be able to offer work experience opportunities to students. Work experience comes in many shapes and sizes:
- Unpaid work shadowing – this could be for a few hours or a couple of days to gain an insight into a role(s) you are interested in.
- Unpaid school/college/university work experience – usually a week or two but can last up to a few months depending on your course requirements and is completed through your school, college or university.
- Paid work experience – this could be during school holidays or a way to gain some knowledge in a new area of work and can last for as long is agreed between the company and the individual.
