Why have you launched a new website?

The purpose of Cambridge Commodities’ new website is to redesign and optimise the site giving you the experience that you need. We have redesigned the look, function and feel to improve the way your manoeuvre around the site. Thus, making it easy for you to find the ingredients, resources and information that you need quickly. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and all of our processes are designed to help you create market-leading products through our commitment to quality, service, and innovation. 

What is the basket icon in the top right-hand corner for?

The basket icon has been designed so that you can contact a member of the team for multiple ingredients quote as efficiently as possible. It will allow you to tick and add multiple ingredients to a quote form without the need to go back and forth through your ingredients browsing. Once you have added all the products and quantities you are interested in, you can send the form where a member of the team will be able to get back to you shortly. The basket icon can be found on the top right-hand corner of every page and is what is known as ‘request a quote’.   

How do I search for ingredients on the website?

Our new and improved search function now allows you to search for any ingredient, topic within all our sectors on the website. However, for a further detailed search into a product, the ingredient search has been categorised to filter down all products we stock into over 10 categories and subcategories. Ranging from additives & excipients, joint health to feed only and more. These categories will allow you to explore and find ingredients at your fingertips. 

How can I get in contact with a member of the Cambridge Commodities team?

There are multiple ways to get in contact with a member of the team here on the Cambridge Commodities website. The envelope icon at the top of the page brings you to the inquiry form page where you can fill in the form to contact us. The telephone icon  FAQS allows you to speak to a member of the team with just a click.  Additionally, the add to quote/request a quote icon form helps you to contact the sales team about a specific product you are interested in. 

How can I as a supplier get in contact with you?  

We work closely with our suppliers to provide the ingredients and services our customers need. Suppliers wishing to work with Cambridge Commodities must complete a verification process consisting of a meticulous questionnaire and thorough sampling of materials. You can access our supplier page by selecting ‘become a supplier’ in the further information section, at the bottom of the page.

How can I access certificates of analysis for materials I have purchased?

We have a client login area for all customers to access more information about the products they have purchased. Inside this accessed area, you will be able to find quality documents for specific batches and Pcodes. The client login page can be found here or at the bottom of the page, below the further Information tab. 

Where can I find more information about your terms of sale?

Our terms of sale can be accessed in the further information tab at the bottom of the page. His will give you the relevant information and terminology regarding all conditions of sale. It can also be accessed here
