Onion powder is made from dehydrating onions and then grinding them into a fine powder which is then used as a seasoning. It isn’t as pungent as fresh onions but is a great way to add flavour in cooking without the time and inconvenience of cutting and preparing fresh onions.
It is available in a variety of flavours, White onion, Red onion, Yellow onion and Toasted onion powder.
