Also known as Vitamin B15, Pangamic Acid or DMG. DMG is water soluble but because its essential requirement has not been proven it is not a vitamin in the strict sense. It works very much like Vitamin E in that it is an antioxidant. Its action is often improved by being taken with Vitamins A & E.
Many benefits have been linked to DMG such as its ability to extend cell life span, neutralize the craving for alcohol, speed recovery from fatigue, lower blood cholesterol levels.
